Offsetting that is the peril of clubs like the Detroit Lions. To illuminate, the Lions have had high draft picks for most of the past few decades. But Detroit has never capitalized.

This year the draft is more of a purist’s delight. There are numerous top players at multiple positions that can bring great value to teams in need. Along the same lines, quarterback is not a prominent position for the 2022 NFL Draft.
Evan Neal Helped Tide Roll at Offensive Tackle
There is hardly a team that doesn’t need a quality offensive lineman. Namely, Evan Neal of the Alabama Crimson Tide is a highly coveted betting on NFL Draft favorite. In 2021 Neal was a Consensus All-American. Additionally, he played on Nick Saban’s 2020 national championship team. Neal was First-Team All-SEC in 2021. The New York Giants are desperate for a dominant offensive tackle and are projected to take Neal.
Kyle Hamilton Had Irish Eyes Smiling
Overall, Kyle Hamilton has rated the best safety with the 2022 NFL Draft betting odds. Hamilton is a dream for defensive coaches based on his intelligence and toughness. He is great at reading plays. Most important of all, he is highly intimidating. The New York Jets are said to want Hamilton more than anyone else. Hamilton was a 2021 Consensus All-American for Notre Dame.
Darek Stingley Jr Among Top Corners
First among Darek Stingley Jr’s attributes is that he played for the LSU Tigers in their 2019 perfect season. He became an NFL Draft betting favorite after being named a Consensus All-American in 2019. To be exact, Stingley is rated as one of the most dynamic cornerback prospects in NFL Draft history. He combines ideal size and speed to make for the complete package. The Washington Commanders and Minnesota Vikings are both coveting Stingley.
The Forgotten EDGE Rusher
Namely, Aidan Hutchinson is rated as the top EDGE rusher. Hutchinson is the NFL gambling favorite to be picked first overall in the 2022 NFL Draft. However, there is another excellent EDGE rusher besides Hutchinson that is not getting a lot of attention.
Oregon’s Kayvon Thibodeaux blows away the charts for ratings at any aspect of the game. He is as explosive as any player in the draft for pass rushing. Additionally, Thibodeaux is coveted for his speed and ability to cover massive amounts of ground. The Houston Texans and New York Jets are looking hard at Thibodeaux.
Jameson Williams Rates as Top Receiver
Alabama wideout Jameson Williams has emerged as the most coveted receiver in the 2022 NFL Draft. In turn, the Los Angeles Chargers and Houston Texans are giving him a hard look. But the Atlanta Falcons seem like the team most interested of all. Overall, Williams is rated the most dangerous deep threat in the draft. It follows that coming from Alabama, Williams has all of the technical aspects of the game down pat.
