It has been a tough 2020 for Johnny Walker as he had three fights and lost two of them. The only victory that he had was against Ryan Spann and that ended in a first-round knockout through elbows and punches. The other two matches that he had been against Nikita Krylov and the more recent was with Thiago Santos just this October 2021. Both bouts ended in unanimous decision losses and that pulled his ranking down to 10th best in the division. This is going to be an important match for Walker and he will be looking to finish the match through a knockout to avoid the judges deciding who will be the winner once again.
Jamahal Hill
Jahamal Hill has been on a roll since earning his UFC contract in Dana White’s Contender Series back in July 2019. Since then, he had five bouts and three of them resulted in victories. The other two matches were a loss and a no-contest. His knockout power translated to the UFC and two of his matches ended in the first round. His performances in his bouts resulted in him earning a spot in the top 15 as the 12th-best fighter in the light heavyweight division. Hill has been very resilient inside the MMA cage as four of his nine victories are earned through unanimous decisions. Expect him to take the fight to the judges’ scorecards after the final bell.
