Jim Miller
Jim Miller is coming to this fight as a 38-year-old MMA veteran and has made a lot of memorable fights in his career. When everybody thought he was over the hill suffering four consecutive losses back in 2017-218. However, Miller kept sneaking in wins and that made the UFC renew his contract to pull out every inch of what is left in his career. He seldom comes as the favored fighter and this is that instance as he takes on an unproven fighter. This will be a good lesson for Nikolas Motta as Miller is expected to take the fight on the ground hoping for his trademark submission win.
Nikolas Motta
Nikolas Motta made quite a good impression as he won over Joseph Lowry in Dana White’s Contender Series way back in November 2020. It took him time for his debut in the UFC and that made him go down betting odds as the underdog fighter. Nonetheless, Motta has spent time in Cage Fury Fighting Championships and Shoto Brazil to build up his record to 12 wins and three losses. 8 of those victories ended in knockouts and that power showed up in front of Dana White to give him a fight contract. Motta is a raw talent and his training during the off time will be critical for him to pull the upset victory.
