Jockey Luis Saez, age 29, has emerged as one of the new elite riders.  Saez was the winning jockey at the 2021 Belmont Stakes.  Also, Saez was the winner of the 2020 Saudi Cup and the 2021 Dubai World Cup.  Saez has ranked in the top eight for all jockeys in the past five years.
