LSU vs. Texas A&M CashBet Wagering Analysis, Odds and Picks

Texas A&M coach Jimbo Fisher has gone from savior to bum.  Fisher runs an NCAAF bets program financed by a blank check.  Fisher and his Aggie program have everything needed to win a national championship.  And they perpetually rate as one of the top recruiters in college football.  Last year, the Fisher hauled in the greatest recruiting class in college football history.  Yet, with all that going for them, the Aggies are ending a lost season on Saturday.  The upstart LSU tigers will come calling.  Tiger coach Brian Kelly has put the Tigers to the SEC championship game.

LSU vs. Texas A&M CashBet Wagering Analysis

LSU will attract Wise Guy consideration for its quality Sportsbook odds record and price break on the road.  Also, Texas A&M may draw some bargain hunter support as a team getting a price far below what they would normally be.

LSU In Range of College Football Playoff

Last game, the LSU Tigers won 41-10 against the UAB Blazers as 15-point home favorites.  The game went over a total of 50.5.  LSU has a record of 9-2 straight up, 7-4 against the spread, and 5-6 over/under the Betting on College Football total.  LSU ranks 34th for total offense, 50th for passing, 34th for rushing, and 34th for scoring.  Defensively they rank 33rd overall, 41st against the pass, 41st against the rush, and 26th for points allowed.  Also, LSU ranks 119th for fewest turnovers lost and 6th for takeaways.

Noah Cain scored on three short runs.  In contrast, Jayden Daniels had touchdowns rushing and passing.  And then LSU methodically pulled away from UAB.  Daniels completed 22 of 29 passes for 297 yards and ran for 111 yards on 12 carries.  His top target was receiver Malik Nabers.  In sum, Nabers caught seven passes for 129 yards.  Including a 47-yarder on LSU’s first touchdown drive.  Brian Thomas had a late TD catch for LSU.

The comfortable victory meant LSU could continue to climb in the AP Top 25 Poll.  Following Tennessee’s 63-38 loss at South Carolina.  LSU is already locked into the Southeastern Conference championship game against No. 1 Georgia on Dec. 3.  But the Tigers can’t afford any more losses if they want to be taken seriously as a candidate for the College Football Playoff.

Jimbo and Texas A&M Ends Season of Ashes

Last game, the Texas A&M Aggies won 20-3 against the UMass Minutemen as 33-point home favorites.  The game went under the bet on NCAAF total of 46.  Texas A&M has a record of 4-7 straight up, 3-7-1 against the spread, and 4-7 over/under the total.  Texas A&M ranks 96th for total offense, 74th for passing, 94th for rushing, and 108th for scoring.  Defensively they rank 49th overall, 3rd against the pass, 123rd against the rush, and 33rd for points allowed.  Also, Texas A&M ranks 128th for fewest turnovers lost and 129th for takeaways.

Namely, Conner Weigman threw for 191 yards with a touchdown.  Texas A&M overcame a sloppy and mistake-filled performance to snap a six-game skid with a win over UMass Saturday.  To illuminate, Texas A&M lost four fumbles and struggled to move the ball.

Correlate that Texas A&M announced a paid attendance of more than 90,000.  But the crowd in the cavernous stadium looked sparse from the start and morphed into a fire drill as light rain steadily fell.  Coach Jimbo Fisher claimed he didn’t notice the empty stadium in the second half.  Also, he denied that he was losing the fan base.

Certainly, there was no comparison to the atmosphere when the Aggies opened the season ranked No. 6 in the country.  Since then, they have fallen out of the poll.  In fact, the Aggies won’t even make a bowl game this season.
