Ji Yeon Kim
Ji Yeon Kim since entering the UFC in June 2017 had seven fights already. She holds a losing record of 3-4 in the organization and a win here would even up their record. This fighter was able to pick up wins over the likes of Justine Kish, Melinda Fabian and Nadia Keram but two of those were earned through split decisions. Kim looks to avoid a huge dip in her professional record after losing back-to-back matches against Alexa Grasso and Molly McCann. The South Korean fighter is known to be a submission specialist but can also knock down her opponents. She would look to avoid getting to the judges’ scorecards and finish her fights early.
Priscila Cachoeira
Like her opponent, Priscila Cachoeira has been struggling to secure her victories in the UFC. She has been thrown into the fire early on as she already fought the likes of Valentina Shevchenko, Molly McCann and Luana Carolina. In the UFC, she is 2-4 in the six fights given to her and all of her wins resulted in devastating knockouts. Among the fighters he conquered were Gina Mazany and Shana Dobson. Cachoeira knows how to bring down her opponents with her fists as 60% of her wins were through knockouts. It will be interesting if she can bring power and avoid getting tangled with Kim on the ground.
