Randy Brown
Randy Brown had his momentum stopped by Vicente Luque in UFC Fight Night 173 and that fight ended in a second-round loss. Before that, Brown has been rolling, picking up a TKO win over Bryan Barberena and a submission victory over Warlley Alves. This fighter was able to bounce back in UFC 261 when he submitted Alex Oliveira at the 2:50 mark in the first round through a rear-naked choke. “Rude Boy” should look to end the fight early and this fighter does not waste time inside the cage. He can win through either the stand-up or by grappling on the mat.
Jared Gooden
Jared Gooden took time before securing his first win in the UFC. Prior to making it to the UFC Roster, he has been competing in multiple fight organizations such as Empire Fighting Championship, Square Ring Promotion and Titan FC. His debut match against Alan Jouban and Abubakar Nurmagomedov ended in unanimous decision losses. The most recent fight that he has was just this July in UFC on ESPN 28 against Niklas Stolze. This time around, “Nite Train” did not let the judges decide his fate but finished it early with a knockout in the first round at the 1:08 mark.

Brown vs. Gooden Surname Summary
There is still a cloud of doubt on Jared Gooden’s skills but he showed his potential during his last match. Randy Brown is coming in as a proven fighter and UFC fight odds have him winning and the safer bet as compared to Gooden. This should not reach the judges’ scorecards.
