Brandon Moreno
Brandon Moreno has taken the UFC by storm as he never lost in all the fights given to him by the organization. The most that opponents could do against him was going for a draw and that happened twice with Askar Askarov and Deiveson Figueiredo. Moving up the rankings, Moreno took wins over Kai Kara France, Jussier Formiga and Brandon Royval. His last match was when he secured the championship when he submitted Figueiredo in UFC 263 with an amazing submission victory by the third round. This is how Moreno likes to win and do expect him to target his 12th career submission win to cap off the trilogy.
Deiveson Figueiredo
There has been no fighter that gave Deiveson Figueiredo a good challenge in the ring since Brandon Moreno. Prior to meeting him in the octagon, Figueredo was on a five-fight winning streak. In that run, ‘Daico’ became the champion by defeating Joseph Benavides and he defended the title once against Alex Perez. The first time he went up against Moreno, it ended in a majority draw but lost their rematch through a rear-naked choke submission. Figueiredo usually goes with the finish in his matches and has nine knockouts and eight submissions under his name.
