As was previously noted, Derrick Lewis is higher ranked than Serghei Spivac.  Yet Lewis is the underdog.  Lewis has the added advantage of having fought for the heavyweight championship twice.  Spivac has never faced championship pressure.  Lewis is getting a good price and offers better value.
