Dallas Mavericks vs. Atlanta Hawks CashBet Wagering Analysis
The Atlanta Hawks are looking more polished heading to this year while the Dallas Mavericks are still figuring things out. The Hawks are out to make a huge statement in the league and should maximize the home-court advantage.
Mavericks on the Final Test
It seems that this will be the season that the Dallas Mavericks will be thinking about retaining their Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis tandem. The two international basketball players have been hyped as the tandem of the future but they have not gone past the first round of the playoffs. It is easy to pinpoint that injuries are in the way and their chemistry has not panned out. Nonetheless, the offense still runs through Doncic and Porzingis has to find a way to fit into the system. Dorian Finney-Smith and Tim Hardaway Jr. have been reliable wings to knock down three-point shots from kick-outs and assists.
Hawks Getting Higher Expectations
The Atlanta Hawks were seen as overachievers last season but it was not a surprise for those who have a close eye on the team. Injuries have hampered the Hawks early in the season and went under the radar going up the standings. This is a year that they will own a healthier lineup and this team should target another Top 4 finish in the NBA Eastern Conference. The competition is getting tougher in the East and this team needs to respond. The Hawks are still loaded from top to bottom and will be exciting to watch their roster go for a full season with minimal injuries. Clint Capela, Bogdan Bogdanovic, and John Collins will remain as the team’s main core but their true strength is with their deep bench.
Dallas Mavericks vs. Atlanta Hawks Head-to-Head with Spread
There are only 2.5 points on the spread in NBA game odds between both teams and the Atlanta Hawks are seen as the team coming out on top. This will be tight in the first three quarters but the Hawks should find ways to get through this game.
