Overall, the Pittsburgh Steelers are going through a humbling betting on the NFL season of transition. Pittsburgh is suffering through the growing pains of rookie quarterback Kenny Pickett. But the Steelers’ problems go far deeper than a mere change of quarterbacks. Of great concern is that the Pittsburgh defense has struggled to cover for one of the terrible offenses. Thus, Pittsburgh’s days as a perennial playoff contender are over. Previously this month, the Indianapolis Colts fired head coach Frank Reich. In like manner to Pittsburgh, the Colts are not a serious playoff contender.

Following an upset home loss to the Steelers in Week 1, in which he was hammered relentlessly, Joe Burrow got revenge. Burrow went 24 of 39 for 355 yards and four touchdowns with two interceptions. At the same time, Samaje Perine hauled in flips from Burrow into touchdowns of 29, 11, and 6 yards.

Late on, the Eagles lined up with less than 90 seconds to play and four receivers spread across the field. Subsequently, Hurts read the defense and sprinted straight to the end zone before Indy’s defense could react.
In sum, Matt Ryan was 23 of 32 with 213 yards and passed Hall of Famer Dan Marino for No. 6 on the NFL’s career list for passing attempts.
